A lot of the usual Tsar footage but I liked the CGI of the failed ABM intervention, getting just two of the ten MIRVs once into the separation phase. The rest fall onto their targets. ABM as a concept was always such a joke; it could never have worked. It only takes one MIRV to hit target (assuming a city strike) to cause near total destruction, given that each MIRV was ten times Hiroshima. With hundreds of SS-18 (R-36M in Soviet designation) ICBMs being deployed in an all out retaliatory strike, this meant thousands of MIRVs to intercept. ABM could never come close to 10% let alone 100%.
ABM was always a political, not a military, tool. It is entirely understandable for Russia to want to prevent US ABM bases on it's former territory. ABM is inherently destabilising and a driver of tensions between the powers. A technological joke but a geopolitical nightmare.

Mister Nuclear Button his self, Comrade Dictator Putin, impressing his neighbors:
Protesters hold a sign that reads, "Putin go home", during a protest against pipeline projects between Bulgaria and Russia, in the centre of Sofia January 18, 2008. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday secured Bulgarian participation in an ambitious multi-billion dollar project to expand Russian gas deliveries into Southern Europe.

ABMs are a joke against hundreds of heavy Mirved ICBMs, but they are a
decisive weapon after a successful counterforce first strike. After hitting enemy strategic forces with hundreds of precise Mirved SLBMs in a surprise attack the ABM, virtually eliminates enemy retaliation, so that’s why its so destabilizing…

Never say "joke."
Even Standard III missiles on ships are knocking down multiple ballistic missiles nearly routinely in tests, with Japanese Navy added to this skill. This is a very recent breakthrough in tracking technology.
