Thanks! My point view no, because Joe-18 was tested in a fog weather.
The "unknown" was tested in clear weather. |

This test is not Joe-18. In fact, looks be a small burst. Maybe one of this:
129 - OCT 30, 1961 - Semipalatinsk - 470 m - 0,09 kt
133 - NOV 1, 1961 - Semipalatinsk - 475 m - 2,7 kt
144 - AGO 1, 1962 - Semipalatinsk - 430 m - 2,4 kt
146 - AGO 4, 1962 - Semipalatinsk - 390 m - 3,8 kt
Probably tests with Luna rockets. That bomb looks too big to so small burst. I think that test of the video was not an airdrop. |

Just I think does not look as a big explosion. The sequence in the middle is taken from the film "Ядерное оружие в готовности к применению". In the video appears as a test with a Luna complex rocket.
In the images can see that this test was conducted in Semipalatinks. Tests with that rockets were conducted between 1961 and 1963 (9 detonations in Semip.). Acording this information, rockets were detonated on a medium altitude of 200 m. With such data I found 11 tests, which 9 were tests with Luna rockets. In the same information talk about the third test, which ocurred on an altitude lower than the expected, which would match with the test #107, September 21 of 1961, 110 m and 0,8 kt.
Now with the test of the video, I think the altitude of that burst was between 400 - 500 m. I think most probably tests were:
129 - OCT 30, 1961 - Semipalatinsk - 470 m - 0,09 kt
133 - NOV 1, 1961 - Semipalatinsk - 475 m - 2,7 kt |

Unknown Soviet film about nuclear tests and type of explosions. I don't know about date of this film or something more. I just accidentally found all it in Russian torrents.
All videos are in good quality.
