Well, for any of those from the old AF might know, I was supposed to visit the Oakridge area a couple of times in the past year. Unfortunatly, those attempts never panned out. I am however, going to Chicago at the end of July. I'm wondering if anyone has some ideas other than the old bleachers where Fermi accomplished the first chain reaction. I'm going to have at least one full day there, and other than eating dinner at Micheal Jordan's Restaurant I've got no other plans.

I definitely will not. My camera happens to be at Cannon being repaired, but my father-in-law is letting me borrow his, and it's very nice.

I think the remains of CP1 are still in Chicago, I found the burial site on Google Earth once, but I can't remember where exactly, I think maybe in the Argonne National Laboratory site or close there abouts. I'm too lazy to ferret it out on the GE forums...
