Hey guys ive been wondering this for a long time now. How does yield selection in nuclear devices work? I have never got the idea of how you just select a specific yield for a nuxlear device.

Here is something I found on the internet that might help. It gives a good explanation as to how the "Dial-A-Yield" process is acheived

Yes thank you very much, its basically done by injecting certain amounts of tritium gas into the weapons core or by lead tampering. Interesting thank you now I know.
