Some of the French film is incredible because they were shot in the 70s with obviously better film, possibly even actual tape? Would be cool to see more surface, or even of China's later tests, as the film quality would be amazing.
It's not so much about better film, but less time to decay. All films decay, and made worse by not properly storing them. Read about what happened to a lot of color films from the 1950s, with the problem of vinegar syndrome discovered in the 1980s:
Oddly enough, too cold of conditions speeded film decay, while too warm enhanced color fading.
A lot of this could have been reported with proper understanding of films.
Even the Star Wars acetate films grew blurry with time, and all required restorations.

I agree with you Grav, it is not Rhea, I was mislead by the initial cloud flare in the clip I have. As to which shot it is I do not yet know, I need to do some more research. I have labled it as unknown for now in the French archive.
