if so
it will be very very tiny and small black hole ( black hole equal to atomic size)

Black holes do not function like this.
These predicted black holes are subatomic, much smaller than atoms.
Size has nothing to do with how fast it can absorb matter and other material, especially when it decays too quickly to be relevant to any danger.
