This issue only seems to affect Firefox users. Dynamic elements of the site like article post date and username stamp on the front page and some of the user modules seem to be displaying corrupt data.
Eg.

_POSTEDBY sonicbomb _ON _DATESTRING
I'm hot on the heels of a fix, so for now if it bothers you just use IE.

I exclusively use Firefox, and I see no such problems.
Check your browser plugins and keep them to a minimum. They are often the sources of problems.
On the subject of tweaking the site, could we get the "view all posts since last visit" functionality that Tsar's forum had, this was really useful......?

Cheers Grav, I will try that. FF, that function is allready there at the forum root, if you can't see it then you are not logged in.
